Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a WaLeads account or using our service, you ("the business owner" or "you") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. WaLeads is operated by Sachin Nagpal, sole proprietor of WA LEADS (Udyam Registration: UDYAM-HR-03-0152693), based in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

2. What WaLeads does

WaLeads is a software service that helps small businesses manage incoming WhatsApp enquiries. The service includes:

  • Auto-replies to incoming WhatsApp messages using AI based on your configured knowledge base
  • A dashboard showing leads (people who messaged your business)
  • Lead status tracking and notes

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account
  • One account per business; do not share credentials

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use WaLeads to:

  • Send unsolicited promotional messages or spam
  • Send misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive messages
  • Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or Commerce Policy
  • Send content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or violates others' rights
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service

Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. WhatsApp and third-party services

WaLeads sends and receives messages via Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. Your use of WhatsApp through WaLeads is also subject to Meta's terms and policies. Meta may charge per-conversation fees for messages sent via the Cloud API; these may be passed on to you or absorbed by us depending on your plan.

6. AI-generated replies

Auto-replies are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI model based on the knowledge base you configure. AI replies may occasionally be inaccurate, irrelevant, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing your knowledge base content and monitoring conversations. WaLeads does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated message.

7. Pricing and payment

Current accounts are on a free trial plan. We may introduce paid plans in the future, with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep WaLeads available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaLeads and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost leads, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Haryana, India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
